As a U.S. Marine Corps Veteran, I appreciate the importance of physical and mental wellness and fitness.  Following my time in service, I graduated from Cal State Fullerton with a Bachelors of Science in Kinesiology where I studied all fields relating to exercise science, strength & conditioning, nutrition, anatomy, physiology & human mov

As a U.S. Marine Corps Veteran, I appreciate the importance of physical and mental wellness and fitness.  Following my time in service, I graduated from Cal State Fullerton with a Bachelors of Science in Kinesiology where I studied all fields relating to exercise science, strength & conditioning, nutrition, anatomy, physiology & human movement.  I have  attended the National Personal Training Institute in Newport Beach in 2017 where I completed an advanced 9 month science based CPT & PES Curriculum including over 150 hours of Basic Nutrition.  Originally from Virginia, I have enjoyed training clients and building  my training offering for clients since 2017.

 Since age 16, I have  coached athletes and gym clients of all ages and skill level. I understand the specific needs of women and am devoted to helping my clients become the best version of themselves.

My approach is simple, not only focusing on the physical aspects but also on cultivating a positive mindset and sustainable lifestyle habits. I lead my sessions with empathy, motivation, and structured guidance. I design each workout to fit the special needs and preferences of my clients, making sure that they feel competent to reach their goals. 

Because of my passion for fitness, I am regularly researching and studying the latest information for the best fitness techniques. The reason why I do what I do is to ultimately empower women to prioritize their well-being, embrace their strength, and live their lives to the fullest!
